Our Commitment

The Fintech Integration Network (FIN) creates a commitment to a more well-rounded experience for both our clients and members of the program. The FIN allows your organization to easily integrate your solution(s) with Jack Henry’s in a secure method.

Most of our integration paths are designed for backwards compatibility, ensuring smoother software upgrades and operational up-time. We make every effort to notify members in the FIN of any potential breaking changes in upcoming software releases to avoid any work stoppages. Our commitment is to be a resource to all members in the program.

FIN Support Options

FIN Marketing Options

While there are no co-marketing options, membership in the FIN does permit the use of the following marketing materials:

  • FIN Member Insignia (for use on websites)
  • Access and use of a standardized Press Release template created by Jack Henry Marketing
  • Publication of a 100-word blurb to our client-facing FIN Member list
  • Ability to showcase membership in the FIN via a placard when in attendance at JH Connect (Jack Henry’s Annual User Conference).
