Resolving Integration Issues: From TAM to Resolution
The TAM will be available during regular business hours and will make every reasonable effort to respond to your message during the same business day, but no later than the following business day. We can help analyze your logs to identify the root cause of the problem. If the issue requires further expertise, we’ll log a detailed case with all the information gathered to expedite resolution by the appropriate team. We’ll contact Jack Henry’s relevant teams to confirm the case is prioritized and actively addressed. We’ll continue to update the financial institution throughout this process. Urgent issues resulting in an outage should follow standard support procedures, only notifying the TAM of the issue after a case has been opened with the Jack Henry support team.
