Write the script

Write the script

Process

Once you’re happy with the outline, start fleshing that out into a full script for the presentation.

The jhVids workflow uses text-to-speech for the audio, so you need to write a full script that will be read as-is. No winging it with “ums” and “uhs” here; a robot will read your script for you, exactly as you wrote it.

Tools

You can use any text editor for this step, but it can be helpful to use an editor that allows you to insert images, since we’ll do that later in the storyboard step.

Both Google Docs and Microsoft Word are good options for writing the script.

Next step: Storyboard the presentation
