Vertex

These operations apply only to SilverLake and CIF 20/20 Teller. Additionally, policy configuration will need to take place in the FI’s environment before testing can commence. Please work with the FI on granting the user profile included in your request(s) access to the applicable policies prior to beginning any testing effort. Vertex is not a separate core system like Silverlake or CIF 20/20. It is an optional module that resides within the core and is licensed separately. Because Vertex runs within Silverlake or CIF 20/20, it is hosted in the same environment as the core. This may be either on‑premise or a hosted environment such as Jack Henry Outlink, depending on the FI’s deployment.
