Question: The CRMReferSrch service ReferCrtOffDesc data element is the name of the creator of the referral. Is there an available data element in any CRM jXchange service that would give us this person’s email address?

Answer No. Synapsys jXchange Services do not support returning additional information on a specific user (Officer/Associate) for Synapsys.

Question: If the CRMReferSrch service returns a referral for business customer as opposed to an individual customer, does the <PersonName>``<ComName> data element contain the business name, or does it contain the name of a contact person at the business?

Answer This is going to be defined by the Financial Institution (FI) for customers and the end-user in Synapsys for prospects.
