AcctHistSrch API interface change for CIF 20/20

This change affects consumers of the AcctHistSrch API via jXchange on the CIF20/20 core system. This change introduces an update to the historical record identifier generation that had previously been implemented for Silverlake, aligning CIF20/20 behavior with our Silverlake core system.

  • When: With the yearly 2026 release for CIF 20/20 (varies per bank)
  • Technical Change: The underlying data sources for DD History (DDHIST) and CD History (CDHIST) are being migrated from file structures to dedicated tables. Further details may be found here.
Scheduled Maintenance Notice – December 31, 2025- **Completed**

On December 31, 2025, our DMZ Banks for Silverlake and CIF 20/20 may experience intermittent availability throughout the day as we perform essential End-of-Year processing.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete this annual process to ensure continued reliability and performance.

July 8th, 2025

**This was successfully completed on July 14, 2025.

The FED has issued a go recommendation for the conversion from FAIM wires to ISO 20022. This conversion will start on 7/11/2025 at the end of the day with the shutdown of all FAIM wires. The conversion and testing by JH and partner banks will occur over the weekend of 7/11/2025 through 7/13/2025.

Once the conversion is completed, all wire activity will be in the ISO 20022 format.

Very Important There will be no rollback allowed once the process starts.

This was completed successfully.

A maintenance window for the DMZ SilverLake (011001276-TEST or Ovation) and CIF 2020 (102100552 - TEST) institutions has been declared for July 16th-July 18th, 2025. During this window the institutions may be unavailable for periods of time.

The team performing the work has stated that this will not be a complete outage during the window but there will be unscheduled downtimes that will occur. Please plan accordingly.

June 6th, 2025

Please note that the following cores will be unavailable for planned maintenance. This will mean all APIs will return an error noting that the connection is refused or similar error during the windows shown. This will be an all day event.
