Return ACH Deposits

The bank determines the need to return ACH deposits after a customer’s Deceased date.

Steps

  1. There is no API available to retrieve the ACH Trace Number from account history, nor an API that replicates the ACH Manual Transaction Entry process, which requires both a Trace Number and Return Reason Code.
