Add Email Address

A customer wants an email receipt or wants an electronic statement and they need to add an email address.

Steps

  1. Optional: perform a search if they don’t know their Customer information file (CIF), also called customerId. and/or a customer inquiry
  2. Perform a CustMod and add the email address.
