A customer wants to inquire on the Banner Messages ribbon of an account

Steps

Banner Messages are retrieved using the CustInfoMsgInq operation.

Messages may exist at either of the following levels:

  • Customer‑level Banner Messages
  • Account‑level Banner Messages

When performing an inquiry, CustInfoMsgInq will return all applicable Banner Messages associated with that customer or account.
