Send SMS Alert to Customers

I need to send an email to a recipient.

Steps

The user collects the InstRtId, ConsumerProd, and AlrtName and fills out the NotSMSAlrtAdd with the information along with completing the Alert Information Record (AlrtDataInfoRec). PubVer is optional depending on whether there are multiple versions of the alert name.
